What Is a Certified Nurse Midwife?
A Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) is an advanced-practice registered nurse with specialized training in pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and gynecological health. CNMs are licensed to provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare, including prescribing medications, ordering tests, and managing labor and delivery, in both home and hospital settings.

Founded in 2022 on Long Island, NY, our practice was built to restore trust in the birth experience and close the gap in access to respectful maternity care for BIPOC families.

Prenatal and Postnatal Care
Thorough assessments and screenings to support a healthy pregnancy and smooth postpartum recovery. Appointments range from 30 to 60 minutes , because you deserve unhurried care.

Hospital Birth with Midwifery Care
For families who prefer a hospital setting, our midwives provide continuous, compassionate support within partnering hospitals on Long Island. You get the safety of a hospital with the personalized attention of a dedicated midwife by your side.
We understand that each birth is unique, and our goal is to honor your vision while ensuring the safety of both you and your baby. Our midwives are skilled in supporting physiologic birth while also recognizing when medical consultation or transfer of care may be necessary.
